Welcome to the GitaQnA- an spiritual chatbot which (the “GitaQnA”). The GitaQnA website Widget is provided to visitors of participating ISKCON temple websites to offer spiritual information, access to a Gita-based knowledge graph, and a personal journal feature for applying wisdom to daily life.
By accessing or using the GitaQnA, you (“User” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the GitaQnA.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the GitaQnA independently. If you are under 18, you may only use the GitaQnA with the direct consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the GitaQnA, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
2. Nature of Services and Spiritual Disclaimer
For Informational and Spiritual Purposes Only: The information, knowledge graph answers, and journal action items provided through the GitaQnA are rooted in the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita and ISKCON traditions. This content is offered strictly for spiritual, educational, and informational purposes.

3. User-Generated Content and the Journal Feature
The GitaAI includes a “Journal” feature designed to help you track your spiritual progress and create action items based on Gita wisdom.
- Ownership: You retain all rights to the personal text, thoughts, and action items (“User Content”) you enter into the Journal.
- Privacy and Security: We are deeply committed to the privacy of your spiritual reflections. Journal entries are secured with industry-standard encryption practices. Please refer to our comprehensive Privacy Policy for precise details on data handling, encrypting, and processing.
- User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you generate. You agree not to use the Journal or any part of the Widget to record, store, or transmit any material that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
4. Prohibited Conduct
While using the Widget, you agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, hack, or disrupt the functional integrity of the GitaQnA.
- Use the GitaAI in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the host temple’s website or the GitaAI’s underlying servers.
- Use automated scripts, web scrapers, or bots to harvest information from the knowledge graph.
- Introduce any viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design features, algorithms, the knowledge graph database, and underlying technology of the GitaQnA are the exclusive property of Krsh Welfare Foundation. Your use of the GitaQnA grants you no ownership rights. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the GitaQnA strictly as embedded on the authorized ISKCON temple websites.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
“As Is” Basis: The GitaAI is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Widget will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully secure.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither ISKCON, the host temple websites, nor the creators of the GitaQnA shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the GitaQnA. This includes any loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interpretations made based on the GitaQnA’s content. You assume full responsibility for your actions and decisions based on your interactions with the Widget.
